Julie has more than 15 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending. While starting her career on the real estate sales side of the transaction, Julie realized that lending is where her true passion is. She loves the idea of making the pieces fit together to get the loan across the finish line and help clients secure their home purchase or refinance to meet financial goals.
Recently Julie has become laser focused on educating and helping seniors with Reverse Mortgages. Reverse Mortgage education has become Julie's mission in life as she has seen the benefits and peace of mind a Reverse Mortgage had with her own parents...especially the benefit of being able to maintain their current lifestyle and to travel. As her parents have aged, Julie is dialed into the challenges and fears that some seniors have about outliving their savings.
Julie knows that while everyone faces their own struggles in life, for seniors, financial well-being/lifestyle, health concerns, and long term care are the most common areas of uncertainty as they age. Julie wants seniors to know that they are not alone and there are options available to them. Julie believes that with compassion and empathy finding solutions for seniors is possible.
